Terms of Service
The terms for using Rap Blaze at rapblaze.com: who can use it, the photos you upload, AI-generated results, credits, copyright notices and how disputes are handled.
Last updated: 2026-10-29
These Terms govern your use of Rap Blaze at rapblaze.com (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Rap Blaze ("we", "us"). By creating an account, signing in or using the Service you agree to these Terms, to our Privacy Policy and to our Acceptable Use Policy. These Terms include binding individual arbitration and a class action waiver (see "Disputes" below), with a 30-day right to opt out. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Who Can Use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you can accept these Terms for it.
The Service
Rap Blaze turns photos you upload into AI-generated images or videos. We may improve, change or pause parts of the Service. We may also change prices for credits you have not bought yet; credits you already hold keep working.
Your Account
Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it. One person, one account: do not create accounts to collect extra free credits.
Photos You Upload: Your Rights and Their Consent
Before every generation that uses photos you confirm, by ticking a box, that you have the right to use the photos, that everyone shown who is alive has agreed, that for anyone shown who has died you are a close family member or have the family's permission, and that for anyone shown under 18 the photo is of your own childhood or you are their parent or guardian. The box is never ticked for you, and you tick it again each time. We will not start a generation from photos without that confirmation.
For each such generation we keep a record of that confirmation: your account, the time, the version of the wording you agreed to, which uploads were used, and the IP address and browser of the request. We use this record to handle complaints and to show what was agreed.
You must not upload a photo of a person who has not agreed to it. Photos of minors are allowed only as ordinary family photos, uploaded by the person themselves (as an adult) or by a parent or guardian, as set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, which has the full list of what is not allowed.
Uploaded photos are deleted automatically 7 days after you upload them, and results 30 days after they are made. Download and keep your own copy of anything you need.
AI-Generated Results and Labels
Results are made by AI models. We label them as AI-generated:
- downloaded files have "ai-generated" in the file name;
- files we store carry an "ai-generated" label in their storage metadata, with our site name and the time;
- when you download or play a result from our site, the response carries an X-AI-Generated header;
- result pages and your works list show an "AI-generated" tag.
These labels are not written into the video or image file itself, so they can be lost when a file is copied or edited elsewhere. Do not present a result as a real photo or a real recording, and do not remove or hide the label where that could mislead people.
Who Owns What
You keep whatever rights you have in the photos you upload. Between you and us, you own the results you create, to the extent the law gives anyone rights in AI output.
You give us a limited licence to store, process and display your uploads and results only to run the Service for you: to create the result, keep it in your account and show it on its result page. Anyone who has the link to a result page can view and download that result, so only share links with people you trust. Result pages are not listed in search engines.
We never use your uploads or results in our advertising, marketing or showcase examples without your separate written consent.
You can delete a result at any time in Settings → My works, and close your account in Settings → Profile. Deleting removes the result from storage and its result page stops working.
You are responsible for how you use and share your results. Using a result must not break the law or anyone's rights.
Credits and Payments
- Each generation uses credits. Credits are sold as one-time packs; there is no subscription and nothing renews.
- Credits from a pack are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. Credits not used by then expire.
- Credits are not transferable. You cannot sell them, give them to another account or swap them for money.
- Credits have no cash value and are not a deposit, gift card or e-money.
- Free credits we give you, for example at sign-up, can be changed or withdrawn at any time.
- If a generation fails, its credits go back to your account automatically.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy. When a purchase is refunded in full, the credits it gave you are removed.
- If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, we may remove the credits from that purchase, including any you have already used, and pause your account until the dispute is closed.
Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see your full card number.
Copyright Complaints (DMCA)
Send copyright notices to our Copyright Agent at copyright@rapblaze.com, with the subject "Copyright notice", or use the Report button on the result page and choose "Copyright". The notice must include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- a description of the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
- the link to the content on the Service (for example the result page address);
- your name and how to reach you (an email address is enough);
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorised to act for the owner.
We remove or disable content that a valid notice identifies and tell the user who posted it.
Counter-notice. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same email address. It must include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- the removed content and the link where it appeared before it was removed;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or that person's agent.
We send a valid counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. We will restore the content in 10–14 business days unless the complainant tells us they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers. In appropriate circumstances we close the accounts of users who infringe repeatedly. Knowingly false notices or counter-notices can make the sender liable for damages.
AI Output Can Be Wrong
AI results can look different from what you expected. They may change faces, bodies, backgrounds or details, and may look unrealistic. We do not promise any particular result. You decide whether a result is fit to use or share, and you are responsible for that decision.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against us because of photos you uploaded, results you shared or your breach of these Terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, to the extent the law allows.
Suspension and Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and close your account yourself in Settings → Profile (if you cannot sign in, write to support@rapblaze.com). We may suspend or close an account, remove content and withhold unused credits if these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy are broken. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, credits already removed, disclaimers, liability, disputes) continue after your account is closed.
Disputes, Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Please read this section carefully. It affects how disputes are resolved.
Informal resolution first. Before starting arbitration or a court case, the side with the dispute must send a written notice describing it, the relief asked for, and (if it is you) your name and account email. Send yours by email to support@rapblaze.com; we send ours to your account email. For 60 days after the notice is received, both sides will try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. Time limits for bringing the claim are paused during those 60 days.
Arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved informally, you and we agree to resolve it by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis. This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. The arbitration is administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and takes place in the county where you live or by video. Either side may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Either side may ask a court to stop the infringement or misuse of intellectual property.
Mass arbitration. If 25 or more similar demands for arbitration are filed against us by or with the help of the same law firm or organisation, the AAA's Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules apply, and the demands may be administered in batches as those rules provide.
Class action waiver. You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to take part in a class action, class arbitration or representative action. Claims can only be brought individually. If this waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim must be heard in a state or federal court, and the rest of this section still applies.
Public injunctive relief. Claims for public injunctive relief are severed, stayed pending arbitration of all other claims, and heard in court.
30-day opt-out. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, by emailing support@rapblaze.com with the subject "Arbitration opt-out" and your name and account email. Opting out does not affect the rest of these Terms.
Changes to this section. Changes to this section do not apply to disputes we already knew about before the change.
If you live in a country whose consumer laws give you the right to bring a claim in your local courts, nothing in this section takes that right away.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
