Acceptable Use Policy
What you may and may not create with Rap Blaze (rapblaze.com), how we handle reports, what happens when rules are broken, and how to appeal or report misuse.
Last updated: 2026-10-29
Rap Blaze makes AI images and videos from real people's photos. That only works if everyone shown has agreed. This policy explains what is allowed, what is not, and what we do about misuse. It is part of our Terms of Service.
The Core Rules
- Only use photos you have the right to use. Your own photos, or photos you have permission to use.
- Everyone shown must agree. Before you upload a photo of another person who is alive, ask them. If they would object to the result, do not make it. For someone who has died, you must be a close family member or have the family's permission.
- Adults only, and care with children. You must be 18 or older. Photos of children are allowed only as ordinary family photos, uploaded by the person themselves (as an adult) or by a parent or guardian (see "Minors" below).
- Do not deceive. Results are AI-generated. Do not pass them off as real photos or real recordings, and do not use them to trick people.
- Respect the law and other people's rights. What is illegal or harmful offline is not allowed here either.
Before every generation that uses photos you confirm the first two rules by ticking a box. We keep a record of that confirmation.
What Is Not Allowed
Sexual content and non-consensual intimate imagery
No nudity, sexual or sexually suggestive content. Never make intimate or sexualised images or videos of a real person, whether or not you think they would mind. This includes "undressing" someone, putting a real face on an explicit body, or making two people appear intimate.
Deepfakes that impersonate someone
Do not use the Service to impersonate a real person, to make it look like someone said or did something they did not, or to create fake evidence. Do not use results for scams, fraud, fake reviews, fake endorsements or to get around identity checks.
Minors: zero tolerance for sexual, suggestive or humiliating content
Photos of minors are allowed only as ordinary family photos, uploaded by the person themselves (as an adult) or by a parent or guardian, never in any sexual, suggestive or humiliating context. Any content that sexualises a minor is reported to NCMEC and the account is closed.
Public figures
Do not create digital replicas of celebrities or public figures, living or deceased. Do not use photos of politicians, celebrities or other public figures to create content that could mislead people, damage their reputation, suggest they endorse something, or affect an election. Satire must be obvious and must not break the other rules.
Hate, harassment and violence
No content that attacks people for who they are (such as race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or nationality). No bullying, threats, humiliation or content meant to hurt a specific person. No graphic violence, self-harm content or content that encourages violence.
Infringement and privacy
Do not upload photos you do not have the rights to, such as other people's copyrighted photos, stock images or film stills. Do not use trademarks or brand content in a misleading way. Do not share other people's private information.
Abusing the Service
Do not try to get around our limits, create accounts to collect extra free credits, overload or attack the Service, access other people's data, or resell the Service without our written permission.
Non-consensual intimate images
If a result shows you (or someone you represent) in an intimate image or video without consent, open the result page, click Report and choose "Intimate image without consent". The form asks for:
- the link to the content (filled in for you);
- a short description;
- your email, so we can reach you;
- your electronic signature (type your full name);
- a statement that you believe in good faith it was published without consent.
No phone number is needed. As soon as you send the form, the content and known identical copies are hidden from public view while we review the report. If you cannot use the form, email removal@rapblaze.com with the subject "Intimate image removal" and the same information.
We review every report and remove content that breaks these rules. Reports of intimate images shared without consent are handled first, and the content is hidden from public view while we review it.
How We Review Content
We do not review every upload before it is processed. Some of the AI models we use run their own safety filters and may refuse a request; when that happens the generation fails and your credits are returned automatically.
We review content when someone reports it to us, and when we notice a problem while running the Service. Each report is checked by a person on our team. We may look at the result, the uploads still stored, and the consent record for that generation.
What Happens If Rules Are Broken
Depending on how serious it is, we may:
- remove the content;
- warn you;
- remove credits, without a refund;
- suspend or permanently close your account;
- report illegal content to the police or other authorities, and keep the related records for them.
Content that sexualises a minor, sexual content of a real person without their consent, and serious threats lead to immediate account closure.
Appeals
If you think we got it wrong, reply to the email telling you what we did, or write to support@rapblaze.com with the subject "Appeal". Explain why, and include anything that shows the people in the photos agreed. We look at the case again. We usually reply within 5 business days. Decisions on content that sexualises a minor are final.
How to Report Misuse
If you see content made with Rap Blaze that breaks these rules, or a result that uses your photo without your agreement, click Report on the result page and fill in the form. You can also email support@rapblaze.com with:
- the link to the result page (it looks like rapblaze.com/r/…);
- what is wrong, and which person in it is you if it is about you;
- a way to reach you.
You do not need an account to report. We usually reply within 5 business days and handle reports about minors and intimate images first. For copyright complaints, follow the notice steps in our Terms of Service. You can also use our contact page.
Changes
We may update this policy as new kinds of misuse appear. The date at the top shows the latest version.
