Refund Policy

Rap Blaze sells one-time credit packs at rapblaze.com. This policy explains when you get credits or money back.

Failed Generations

If a generation fails, the credits it used are returned to your account automatically. You do not need to contact us.

Unused Credit Packs

If you have not used any credits from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Used Credits

Credits spent on results that were delivered are not refundable, because the processing cost has already been paid. If a result is clearly broken, write to us with the order email and we will review it.

Packs You Have Partly Used

Once you have used any credits from a pack, that pack can no longer be refunded, in full or in part. The credits left in it stay in your account and keep working until they expire (365 days after purchase). Credits that failed generations returned to you count as unused.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you think a charge is wrong, please write to us first: we can usually fix it faster than a bank dispute.

If you open a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card company, we may remove the credits from that purchase, including any you have already used, and pause your account until the dispute is closed. If the dispute is decided in your favour, the purchase is treated as refunded and its credits stay removed. If it is decided in our favour, we restore your access.

When we refund a purchase in full ourselves, the credits it gave you are removed from your account automatically.

How to Ask

Email support@rapblaze.com from the address on your account and include the purchase date. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Duplicate or Accidental Purchases

If you were charged twice for the same pack, that is our mistake: write to us at any time and we will refund the extra charge in full.

If you bought a pack by mistake and have not used any of its credits, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund that charge in full.

Your Bank Statement

Charges appear on your statement as ZEROSHOTAI* Rap Blaze (some banks shorten it). If you do not recognize a charge, contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We can usually sort it out faster, and a dispute can take weeks to settle.

Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.

We may update this policy; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
